Emergency services are available during our business hours: Sunday-Thursday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and current service demand.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Charges

• All prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual work required
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
• Emergency and after-hours services may incur additional charges
• Trip charges may apply based on service location

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods
• A service fee may be charged for failed payment methods

4.3 Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
• Emergency service calls cancelled after technician dispatch may be charged a trip fee

• Written authorization from property owner (if applicable)

• Be present or designate an authorized representative during service

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services, including:

6. Service Warranties and Guarantees

We warranty our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers:

• Free correction of any covered defects

• Parts and materials are warrantied according to manufacturer specifications
• Defective parts will be replaced at no charge during the warranty period
